Ans:  Apply for Readmission


If you are a continuing student but was not enrolled or on Leave of Absence during the current term, then you are on Absence without Leave (AWOL).  Before you can enroll, you will need to apply for Readmission.


Readmission is the process where the UPOU re-activates your enrollment records and your student portal account.  To apply for Readmission:

  1. Read the information in this page:  https://our.upou.edu.ph/details.php?id=41 


To reiterate:

  1. Download, fill up, and scan the Application for Readmission form which you can download from here: https://our.upou.edu.ph/student/pdf/REVISED2readmission%20form.pdf 
  2. Pay the Readmission fee
  3. Send the form and fee payment slip to the Office of the Faculty Secretary (fed-secretary@upou.edu.ph), cc to the Records section (records@our.upou.edu.ph)
  4. Wait for advise from the Faculty Office or the Records Section of the OUR.


Upon approval of your application, you may proceed to Enrollment.
