In preparation for the upcoming 2nd trimester AY2023-2024 registration period, you are advised to seek academic advising especially if you were unable to request advice during the 1st trimester AY2023-2024 registration, there are changes to your plan of study, you are expecting to graduate in AY2023-2024, and/or you have other pressing concerns. To request academic advising, you will have to email the AA Program Chair at aa-program-chair@upou.edu.ph using your UP email address following the instructions in this article: Seeking Academic Advice


The schedule of Pre-enrollment Advising are as follows:

Pre-enrollment Advising of Continuing, Returning, and Graduating Students: 9-19 January 2024

Pre-enrollment Advising of New Students: 22-26 January 2024


Once you have sent your email to the AA Program Chair, kindly wait for 2-5 days for the review of your academic record. Please remember that the order of advising is on a first come-first served basis


Students who will be unable to send their email within the allocated schedule for their group will be advised by the AA Program Chair during the actual enrollment period for the 2nd trimester AY2023-2024, which is scheduled on 29 January - 3 February 2024. Thus, longer waiting time for the advice must be expected as the AA Program Chair attends to several other students and concerns at the same time.
