Once you have graduated with a degree of Associate in Arts, you are eligible for transfer to any Bachelors program in the Philippines.  If you choose to remain in UPOU, however, you can start preparing for your transfer while you are still in the AA program.

Potential candidates for graduation and future plans to pursue BES or BAMS program

  1. Since you are tracking your progress in the program, you should have an idea on when you are supposed to finish the program. If you believe you are graduating this trimester, submit an application immediately after you receive a conformation of your enrollment. The Faculty of Education strictly implements the "No application, no graduation" policy.
  2. Those who intend to transfer to BES or BAMS after graduating from the AA Program at UPOU, must check the deadline for the application for admission to these Bachelors programs (Please check the Academic Calendar for the deadline). While the BES program accepts new students every trimester, the BAMS program only accepts new students every first trimester of an academic year.
    Do note that
your application (which should be made through the Online Admissions System (our.upou.edu.ph/oas) will only be considered or evaluated once you have officially completed/been listed as a graduate of the AA program.
  3. Only students in their final academic term may be allowed to take major courses from BAMS or BES, subject to final approval of the Program Chairs of AA, and BES or BAMS.
